Green Cleaning for Health

Green cleaning is about the health and well-being of the living occupants in the business being cleaned. Unlike traditional cleaning, it goes beyond simple appearance, focusing on products, tools and services that have fewer adverse health impacts than conventional products and procedures.

According to the US Environmental Protection Agency, the air inside a typical business is, on average, 2 to 5 times more polluted than the air just outside – and in extreme cases 100 times more contaminated – largely because of cleaners and pesticides.

The only healthy way to clean your business or home is with green cleaning. Green cleaning is more than just using “green” products. To be effective, a green cleaning program is dependent on a comprehensive approach, including chemicals, tools and equipment, procedures, paper products, trash liners, soaps and detergents.

Green cleaning removes the maximum amount of indoor air pollution, germs and dirt AND leaves nothing behind in terms of harmful chemical residues.

"Sick Building??"

Are your patients, customers and employees exposed to a "sick building?"

Symptoms that are associated with "Sick Building Syndrome or SBS" are headaches, nausea, dizziness, respiratory problems, coughing, wheezing and eye, nose or throat irritations.

With Green Cleaning you eliminate the "Sick Building Syndrome or SBS" by not spreading germs but decreasing them without harmful cleaning chemicals.

Attacking the "sick building syndrome" does several things for the employers; better work morale, reduce spread of illness and disease, reduction of absentism, creating an enviromentally safe office/building for customers, patients and staff.

It is important to note that in reality, there are no "sick buildings," only mismanaged or misguided maintenance practices that create an unhealthy environment.
